  2008 Vineland Ice Bowl --- RESULTS

  I will post the rest of the details when I get everything back from the TD, but it looks like we were able to raise $100 in cash and 30lbs of canned goods for our charity this year(local soup pantry). We were able to raise the money through mulligans, raffles(for mini basket), pick your own group fees, and additional cash donations!

  Our official turnout was 26 players - 4 pro, 8 pro master, 12 am, and 2 am woman. We got players from NY, northern NJ, Philly, and other parts of PA!.
  We Played 2 rounds of 20 Holes in pretty crappy weather, but everyone seemed to have a great time.

  I'd like to thank everyone that made it out to the tournament. The bad weather in northern PA and northern NJ/NY made it difficult for some players to make it and they had to cancel their trips down to the tournament. I'm glad so many people got to come down and check out the course that's been getting worked on for the last two years and I'm glad I got to catch up with so many of you.
  I'd also like to thank the sponsors of the event. The weather was cold, but the pizza made it just in time. we also had some good Deviled eggs donated! The trophies that were donated were beautiful and we had twice as many prizes to give out than expected. We had CTP's as well as a Group CTP on our Tunnel hole for round 2. Whichever player got closest for the group won a Coca-Cola wall Clock.

  I hope that everyone had a great time at the event and I expect everyone that attended to show up later on in the year for the PDGA cross-town event!

  scott when was the ice bowl last year..lets schedule it the same weekend on a saturday..well do a monthly in december 1 round plus final 18..10 dollar trophy event
